The Warehouse is 1250 sqft of expansive charm! It features distressed brick on all four walls, vintage 1920's sliding fire doors, overhead skylight and shuttered windows which can be opened to natural light. Also includes an overhead grid, 100 amps (single phase), 12’ ceilings, AC, WiFi, and access to outdoor vine covered courtyard, green room and two bathrooms.
THE ANNEX
The Annex is 2150 sqft of completely adaptable space, offering unique looks in every direction! It features a distressed 1920s vintage wall with wood-frame windows, iron bars, and classic doors. Elsewhere are exposed brick and wood-slat, back-lit walls. Also includes 100 amps (single phase) AC, WiFi, and two bathrooms.

LOADING ZONE
There is a truck loading zone in front. This allows loading from the street directly into our space.
STREET PARKING
The immediate block of Monk Space is metered parking until 6:00 pm. After 6:00 pm, no restrictions. Free on Sunday. One block to the West is unmetered, unrestricted neighborhood parking. For larger productions, you can rent nearby parking lots. Ask for details.
